Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own backend systems end-to-end, from architecture to deployment.
- Work on new projects from scratch, making foundational technical decisions.
- Collaborate with product, design, data science, and engineering teams.
- Lead technical, design, and product discussions, promoting best practices.
- Scope, build, and optimize products that deliver value to users.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in designing and scaling high-performance backend systems.
- Expertise in architecting large-scale distributed systems.
- Comfortable collaborating with frontend and mobile teams.
- Strong analytical skills to tackle complex challenges.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, iterative environment.
- Understanding of data privacy, compliance, and secure coding practices.
