Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance large-scale Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Flow, and Salesforce APIs.
- Contribute to technical design, architecture, development standards, coding practices, source control, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
- Participate in code reviews, quality engineering, release planning, and production implementation.
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce, enterprise applications, data platforms, and cloud services.
- Improve the performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability of solutions while applying emerging AI capabilities and enterprise technologies.
Requirements
- 6+ years of Salesforce development experience building and delivering complex, large-scale Salesforce applications.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Flow, Salesforce APIs, and integration patterns.
- Experience developing solutions on Salesforce Service Cloud or Experience Cloud.
- Experience with Salesforce architecture, software development lifecycle, source control, CI/CD, and engineering best practices.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications and enterprise platforms.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions and solve challenging technical problems.
- Preferred experience with Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud or Health Cloud.
- Preferred exposure to GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, or Platform App Builder certification is preferred.

- Hiring range is $100,000.00-$132,000.00 per year, with pay potentially influenced by experience, knowledge, and geographic region.
