Responsibilities
- Research, implement, and evaluate state-of-the-art models for autonomous-driving planning and prediction.
- Analyze model results in both open-loop and closed-loop settings.
- Conduct machine learning experiments using JAX and Python.
- Collaborate across teams and clearly present conclusions and insights.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Robotics, or a related field.
- Experience with Transformer architectures and reinforcement learning.
- Hands-on experience with modern deep learning libraries such as TensorFlow, JAX, or PyTorch.
- Basic programming skills such as Python and strong analytical and debugging skills.
- Preferred: publications in top-tier machine learning or robotics conferences, prior software development or industry research experience, and autonomous-vehicle behavior research knowledge.
