Base Salary
$250k - $320k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and own core systems powering real-time AI voice and compliance workflows.
- Deliver sub-700ms latency using event-driven architecture and parallel processing.
- Deploy, operate, and scale resilient systems with Kubernetes and distributed subsystems.
- Build a self-improving AI system using customer interactions and human feedback.
- Own the development lifecycle from whiteboard design through live production deployment in bank environments.
Requirements
- Strong fundamentals in building high-performance, real-time backend systems, primarily using Python.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, reliability, and fault tolerance.
- Excellent database design and performance optimization skills.
- Demonstrated ownership and ability to work in messy, high-velocity environments.
