Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end automation solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and strategic business goals.
- Develop scalable, maintainable, modular, and reliable UiPath RPA bots.
- Optimize UiPath processes for throughput and efficiency and build reusable automation components.
- Conduct code reviews, validate solutions, and ensure compliance with functional and non-functional requirements.
- Define development standards and enforce architectural and governance frameworks.
- Lead deployment readiness assessments and maintain technical documentation.
- Collaborate with business, DevOps, and infrastructure teams on observability and operational transparency.
- Engineer reusable assets for citizen developers and support federated automation.
- Identify and prioritize high-impact automation opportunities using UiPath and third-party tools.
- Optimize digital-worker usage and infrastructure for cost-effective scaling and promote continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field of study.
- Three years of experience in the position offered, as an RPA Developer, or in a closely related occupation.
- Three years of experience with UiPath, UiPath Orchestrator, UiPath CyberArk, UiPath Document Understanding, Bitbucket, Unix, Jenkins, Jira, prompt engineering using large language models, CyberArk, and migration of on-premises automation to the cloud.
