Responsibilities
- Experiment with generative AI frameworks and tools including LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, and Anthropic APIs.
- Build retrieval-augmented generation prototypes using vector stores and knowledge graphs.
- Develop and test agentic architectures through PA’s Genie Platform.
- Explore LLMOps, evaluation tools, and model observability platforms such as TruLens and LangSmith.
- Integrate AI models with APIs, data sources, and production systems.
- Deploy AI solutions in AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud and DevOps environments.
- Work with clients, internal teams, and cross-disciplinary stakeholders to solve problems and deliver software solutions.
- Participate in whiteboarding, technical interviews, knowledge-sharing, coaching, mentoring, and internal AI community activities.
Requirements
- Experience as a software engineer with a passion for AI or as a data scientist with strong engineering experience.
- A strong programming foundation in a language suited to AI system development and data workflows.
- Experience integrating models with APIs, data sources, or production systems.
- Curiosity about LLMs, graph- and vector-based RAG pipelines, and agent frameworks.
- Understanding of cloud-native AWS, GCP, or Azure environments and DevOps or DevSecOps practices.
- Understanding of prompt engineering, context engineering, model evaluation, and LLMOps tools.
- A solid grasp of distributed systems, microservices, and RESTful APIs.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to share, learn, and teach.
- Interest in experimenting with and prototyping emerging AI tools.
