Responsibilities
- Architect and lead full-stack AI solutions and enterprise-scale agentic AI platforms.
- Design scalable agentic AI and multi-agent systems.
- Build advanced RAG pipelines and knowledge systems.
- Develop backend services using Python and FastAPI.
- Lead frontend development using React.js.
- Drive deployment strategies, DevOps, CI/CD, performance, scalability, and cost optimization.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on solution design and enterprise system integration.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software development experience.
- 4–5 years of experience in AI/ML or agentic AI.
- Expertise in Python and strong frontend development skills with React.js.
- Deep understanding of RAG and LLM systems and experience with vector databases.
- CI/CD, DevOps, and GitHub workflow experience.
- Experience with JIRA or Agile tools.
- Preferred experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud architecture; Kubernetes and microservices; observability frameworks; AI governance and security; and ITSM or automation integrations.
- Strong technical leadership, mentoring, strategic thinking, communication, ownership, and accountability skills.
