Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver new full-stack features across the JADE, C#/.NET, and React platform.
- Build back-end services, business logic, APIs, front-end components, and integrated full-stack solutions.
- Own product features through architecture, design, implementation, testing, maintenance, and support.
- Design and deliver scalable AI-enabled features and workflows while considering performance, security, scalability, and availability.
- Troubleshoot complex issues, analyze and fix defects, and maintain existing functionality as technologies and business needs change.
- Submit major design elements for peer review and contribute to technical knowledge sharing across the organization.
- Work independently, manage milestones, report progress, and balance delivery speed with quality.
- Mentor junior engineers when needed and communicate technical topics with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of relevant full-stack software engineering experience.
- BS or MS in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Strong object-oriented design and development experience.
- High proficiency in C# and the .NET platform, including back-end services, business logic, and APIs.
- Hands-on experience with JADE or the ability to ramp up quickly on the JADE platform.
- Proficiency in React, component design, state management, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating front-end and back-end layers.
- Experience with relational and/or object databases such as SQL Server, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and collaborative global or virtual teams.
- Familiarity with LLM concepts and AI-assisted coding, including tools such as Claude.
- Strong problem-solving, written and verbal communication, ownership, and learning agility.
