Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, operate, and maintain software products.
- Write production-ready and testable code while taking full-stack ownership.
- Create scalable, reliable, and high-performing technical designs aligned with architectural best practices.
- Analyze failures, propose design changes, and support operational improvements.
- Conduct code reviews and provide guidance on engineering best practices and development procedures.
- Ensure product development follows compliance and security best practices.
- Apply software reliability engineering standards within development work.
- Collaborate across product teams and communicate blockers, priorities, processes, and results.
- Contribute to technology transformation, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Generally a minimum of seven years of experience.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle, DevOps principles, algorithms, data structures, architectural design patterns, and engineering best practices.
- Ability to understand product features, users, affected workflows, team domains, business objectives, and technical strategy.
- Ability to define and fulfill solutions for end users and collaborate across product development.
- Ability to communicate with engineers, product owners, scrum masters, third-party vendors, and customers.
- Effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
