Responsibilities
- Deliver complete software solutions across design, implementation, testing, delivery, and operations.
- Develop efficient, elegant, clean, and reusable code.
- Advise immediate management on project-level issues.
- Guide junior engineers and provide technical and business-related mentorship.
- Make technical decisions with limited day-to-day supervision based on internal conventions and industry best practices.
- Create and review detailed design documents.
- Deliver quality solutions on schedule.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Preferred qualification of at least 5 years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Expertise with React, Next.js, and Express for modern web application development.
- Experience with or awareness of Cypress, Playwright, and Jest testing frameworks.
- Understanding of performance techniques such as caching, code splitting, lazy loading, and pagination.
- Understanding of security topics including authentication, CORS, and XSS.
- Java, Spring, messaging architectures, ActiveMQ, and Kafka are advantageous.
- Experience in online payments, loan management systems, or related domains is advantageous.
