Responsibilities
- Assist with building, configuring, maintaining, and refining automated workflows and business rules.
- Execute unit tests and participate in quality assurance to ensure reliable, secure, and compliant automation solutions.
- Support senior engineers with troubleshooting system errors, performance issues, root-cause analysis, and fixes.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and Product Owners to convert manual process requirements into low-code automation designs.
- Maintain technical guides, user manuals, and process diagrams.
- Participate in technical training, workshops, Agile ceremonies, stand-ups, task estimation, and progress updates in Jira.
- Help connect global systems through modern automation platforms to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- 1–3 years of experience in software engineering, IT support, or a technical internship.
- Foundational exposure to or strong interest in BPM, RPA, or low-code process automation platforms.
- Foundational knowledge of at least one programming or scripting language, such as Java, JavaScript, or Python, and SQL.
- Familiarity with web application fundamentals, REST/JSON APIs, and HTML/CSS.
- Exposure to automation platforms such as Pega, Appian, Camunda, ServiceNow, or UiPath.
- Analytical thinking, strong Agile awareness, proactive attitude, and effective communication in a global team environment.
