Responsibilities
- Architect and design digital products using modern tools, technologies, frameworks, and systems.
- Develop and provide production support for Guidewire ClaimCenter and Contact Manager products.
- Participate in inception, iteration planning, standups, retrospectives, and cross-product strategy alignment.
- Provide technical input to backlogs and collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders.
- Serve as a domain and technology expert, sharing knowledge across organizations.
- Coach the team in paired programming and test-driven development.
- Establish continuous integration, continuous delivery, and continuous deployment pipelines and practices.
- Own application operations in production and contribute to product KPI success.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of professional experience.
- Guidewire Developer Training and Certification at Ace level is required.
- Strong Guidewire ClaimCenter skills are essential.
- A four-year bachelor's degree is preferred.
