Responsibilities
- Build and ship production-ready full-stack enterprise applications using AI-assisted engineering practices.
- Develop and integrate frontend and backend components using Java full-stack technologies.
- Use AgentAI copilots and LLM-based coding assistants for coding, debugging, documentation, testing, and integration.
- Integrate pre-built AI services and APIs and implement RAG-based features where relevant.
- Deliver robust, scalable, compliant software while improving development speed and quality.
- Collaborate with architects and AI-native specialists on solution integration and adoption.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, software development lifecycle practices, and domain workflows.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools, copilots, and LLM-based coding assistants.
- Practical knowledge of AI concepts and limitations, with emphasis on integration rather than model training.
- Backend experience with one or more of Java, Spring Boot, .NET, C#, or Python.
- Frontend experience with React, Angular, Vue.js, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases, GraphQL APIs, and cloud-native development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
