Responsibilities
- Design Python automation and GenAI solutions as the subject-matter expert for assigned workstreams.
- Produce high-level and low-level designs, reusable frameworks, and architecture patterns across ITIL phases.
- Build agent orchestration, tool calling, RAG over runbooks, and knowledge assistants using Agentic AI technologies.
- Automate ticket triage, routing, remediation, root-cause analysis, batch operations, health checks, data fixes, access workflows, and reporting.
- Implement SRE and observability capabilities including SLI/SLO tracking, golden signals, self-healing, event correlation, and alert-noise reduction.
- Integrate ServiceNow, Jira, GitHub, monitoring platforms, and engineering standards.
- Demonstrate solutions to client stakeholders and delivery teams and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience is required; the technical skills section specifies 8+ years in software or automation engineering.
- Advanced Python experience with enterprise automation delivery and production automation assets.
- Hands-on experience developing Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions, including prompt engineering, RAG, LLM integration, and guardrails.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI using Azure OpenAI or Amazon Bedrock.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, SQL, scripting integration, and event-driven design.
- Experience with SRE, event correlation, observability, DevOps/CI-CD, and ITIL practices.
- Preferred experience with vector databases, knowledge graphs, and Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Clear communication and solution-demonstration skills for client stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Preferred certifications in Python, cloud, Generative AI, ITIL, or observability.
- A qualification of 15 years of full-time education is specified.
