Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain applications using FileNet IBM Content Navigator and IBM Content Manager OnDemand.
- Design and implement workflows and processes for the Cards and Payments domain with cross-functional teams.
- Integrate content management systems with other enterprise applications and provide technical support.
- Test, debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues to ensure high-quality deliverables and smooth operations.
- Monitor and optimize system performance.
- Create and maintain documentation for applications and processes.
- Assist with migrating legacy systems to modern content management platforms.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements to align solutions with business objectives.
- Stay current with content management industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
- 3 to 9 years of experience in FileNet IBM Content Navigator and IBM Content Manager OnDemand.
- Strong background in the Cards and Payments domain.
- Experience developing and maintaining content management applications.
- Experience with enterprise application integration, workflows, testing, debugging, performance optimization, and legacy-system migration.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders and participate in code reviews.
