Responsibilities
- Analyze business, functional, and technical requirements and provide solution design expertise.
- Develop, customize, optimize, and administer Salesforce Sales, Service, and Community Cloud systems.
- Build Salesforce CPQ solutions using Aura, LWC, Apex, and Flows.
- Create and maintain integrations with internal and external systems using API technologies.
- Create, enhance, and maintain single sign-on across portals and systems using Salesforce Identity Management.
- Configure Salesforce objects, data management, reports, dashboards, workflows, alerts, flows, user settings, and security settings.
- Collaborate with Technology, Product, business, technology partners, sourcing partners, and cross-functional leadership teams.
- Support Salesforce users and the day-to-day operation of the business.
- Develop reporting and management information outputs for operational and long-term planning.
Requirements
- Salesforce Developer DEV401 or Platform Developer 1 certification.
- 5+ years of Salesforce development or implementation experience at a global or enterprise level.
- 5+ years of Sales Cloud experience.
- 5+ years of Service Cloud experience.
- Preferred experience with Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Lightning components, Salesforce CPQ, and Apptus applications.
- Salesforce Advanced Developer DEV501 or Platform Developer 2 certification is preferred.
