Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team.
- Build secure, scalable backend workflows using Python and FastAPI.
- Analyze system and business-process issues, recommend improvements, and implement solutions.
- Write code to design specifications and conduct testing and debugging.
- Use scripts and application development procedures to support system enhancements.
- Assess risk, maintain compliance with applicable policies and regulations, and escalate control issues transparently.
- Develop working knowledge of information systems, network operations, database administration, systems administration, data center operations, and PC-based applications.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in an applications development role.
- Strong expertise in core Python and FastAPI.
- Experience building secure, scalable backend workflows in Python.
- Experience with AI/ML-integrated solutions for automation and productivity gains.
- Banking-domain experience is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or university degree, or equivalent experience.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
