Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using Large Language Models.
- Design and implement agentic AI solutions for multi-step reasoning and autonomous workflows.
- Develop and maintain AI agents and orchestration workflows coordinating tasks, services, and external systems.
- Integrate AI applications with enterprise applications, APIs, and external services.
- Translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions with product owners and stakeholders.
- Apply Spec-Driven Development and AI-driven software development lifecycle practices.
- Evaluate, test, and optimize AI models for response quality, reliability, and performance.
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to AI platform and solution design.
- Document AI solutions, workflows, and implementation patterns.
- Stay current with AI advancements and recommend improvements to engineering practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with significant experience developing AI-powered applications.
- Strong experience with Large Language Models and modern AI platforms.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing agentic AI solutions and managing AI agent orchestration workflows.
- Experience integrating AI applications with REST APIs and enterprise systems.
- Experience applying Spec-Driven Development methodologies and familiarity with AI-driven SDLC practices.
- Strong software design, architecture, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Experience collaborating with globally distributed engineering teams is nice to have.
- Certifications or completed training from Anthropic, OpenAI, or other recognized AI platforms are nice to have.
