Base Salary
$210k - $490k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build continuous deployment infrastructure across Kubernetes clusters and global regions.
- Develop progressive delivery systems including canary releases, staged rollouts, and automated rollback.
- Improve release-pipeline velocity by automating manual operational workflows.
- Partner with product and infrastructure teams to make services deployable, observable, and resilient at scale.
- Implement GitOps, infrastructure-as-code, and progressive delivery patterns.
- Build deployment-health systems using metrics, logs, traces, and alerts to detect regressions and trigger safe rollbacks.
- Support agent-assisted and autonomous deployment workflows using modern AI tooling.
Requirements
- Experience with Kubernetes-based deployment systems at scale.
- Experience building or operating continuous deployment platforms.
- Familiarity with GitOps tooling such as ArgoCD or Flux.
- Interest in building AI-assisted systems and agents that guide software changes through safe production rollout.
- Commitment to safe production rollouts, minimizing blast radius, and improving developer productivity.
