Responsibilities
- Lead architecture assessments across infrastructure, platform, application, data, and process domains.
- Define assessment scope, gain client agreement, conduct discovery, and recommend solutions for weaknesses and opportunities.
- Configure and operationalize embedded Oracle AI capabilities, including security, roles, workflow states, and adoption enablement.
- Run use-case discovery workshops and define value KPIs and adoption metrics.
- Implement application-level AI governance, including access controls, auditability, human-in-the-loop approvals, and responsible-use guardrails.
- Extend Oracle screens and processes through supported extensions and APIs without breaking compliance.
- Develop pilot and phased rollout playbooks, training, hyper care, telemetry, audit logging, and KPI tracking.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Deep hands-on experience with Oracle Engagement Cloud - Service.
- Experience configuring Oracle security, roles, workflow states, and feature enablement.
- Basic integration experience with APIs, events, and OIC where applicable.
- A testing mindset and familiarity with prompt or template assets, telemetry, audit logs, and KPI tracking.
- Strong stakeholder management and delivery discipline.
