Base Salary
$148k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and scale cloud infrastructure and orchestration systems using technologies such as Kubernetes and Terraform.
- Own and evolve developer experience tools and workflows from local development through deployment.
- Build observability systems that provide insight into performance, reliability, and usage.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Platform, and Product Engineers to build shared platform tools.
- Help enforce and maintain infrastructure security and compliance standards, including SOC 2 and FedRAMP.
- Promote automation, resiliency, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience building infrastructure, platform, or DevOps systems at scale.
- Strong experience operating and managing Kubernetes-based environments in production.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform and GitOps workflows.
- Experience working on high-availability systems.
- Experience building and deploying components of the AI stack is preferred.
- Experience building and deploying AI infrastructure or agentic coding tools such as Claude Code is preferred.
- Prior experience at a fast-growing startup or fintech company is preferred.
