Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and scale generative AI solutions, enterprise agents, and intelligent automation across Ignitis Group.
- Develop and continuously improve IgnitisGPT and other internal AI platforms and applications.
- Build AI agents and agentic workflows connecting language models with enterprise data, tools, APIs, and business systems.
- Develop and maintain Model Context Protocol servers and other secure integration components.
- Implement retrieval-augmented generation solutions using structured and unstructured enterprise data.
- Create prototypes and MVPs, validate them with users, and develop successful concepts into scalable production solutions.
- Collaborate with IT, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, privacy, data, business, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience developing and deploying generative AI, LLM-based, or agentic AI solutions.
- Strong Python programming skills and practical experience with APIs, JSON, authentication, and software integrations.
- Experience with retrieval-augmented generation, embeddings, vector search, or enterprise knowledge retrieval solutions.
- Understanding of Model Context Protocol, tool calling, function calling, multi-agent workflows, or similar integration patterns.
- Experience with Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Foundry, Google Cloud Vertex AI, or comparable cloud AI services.
- At least one year of experience developing and applying artificial intelligence solutions in business environments.
- At least one year of project management experience and knowledge of actions that support successful project delivery.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and working AI solutions.
- Experience delivering prototypes, MVPs, or production solutions in a business environment.
- Strong English communication skills; Lithuanian language skills are an advantage.
