Responsibilities
- Own the data acquisition platform for collecting public records at scale.
- Build high-volume interaction and ingestion pipelines with robust error handling.
- Transform unstructured government documents into clean, structured data.
- Integrate AI for document processing and classification.
- Design human-in-the-loop systems for operational workflows.
- Take projects from research to production, impacting customer accounts directly.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building production backend systems.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript/Node and experience with async execution.
- Depth in pipeline engineering, including retries and dead-letter handling.
- Solid PostgreSQL skills for schema design and query optimization.
- Experience in document processing at scale from inconsistent files.
- Familiarity with LLM integration and managing API rate limits.
