Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementations from kickoff through go-live.
- Map and re-engineer administrative workflows with practice staff.
- Configure and troubleshoot EHR and systems integrations.
- Champion change management and ensure adoption of solutions.
- Gather and translate detailed workflow requirements for engineering.
- Document playbooks and best practices for scalable implementations.
- Monitor system performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and sales teams.
Requirements
- 3–6+ years in implementation, solutions engineering, or a similar role.
- Hands-on EHR integration experience with knowledge of HL7, FHIR, and APIs.
- Deep understanding of healthcare practice operations, especially in specialty practices.
- Proficiency in SQL, APIs, scripting (Python or similar), and data mapping.
- Exceptional communication skills to translate workflows into technical requirements.
- Willingness to travel on-site to customer locations (25-50% travel).
