Base Salary
$186k - $219k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve smart contracts for minting, burning, and safeguarding custom stablecoin supply.
- Build and scale backend services for partner onboarding, issuance, reserve accounting, and rewards distribution.
- Collaborate with product, design, and technical leads to deliver stablecoin roadmap features.
- Drive architectural decisions across backend services and smart contracts while balancing security, scalability, and delivery speed.
- Write well-tested code and improve operational excellence across the team.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience, including designing, building, and operating production backend services.
- Production experience writing, testing, and deploying smart contracts using Solidity or similar EVM languages, preferably involving real economic value.
- Experience owning services end to end and composing service-oriented architecture at scale.
- Working knowledge of onchain security and correctness considerations, including audits, upgradeability, access control, and key management.
- Familiarity with Golang and onchain fundamentals such as Ethereum or similar systems.
- Direct experience building DeFi or stablecoin infrastructure is preferred.
- Ability to use generative AI responsibly with human oversight.
