Base Salary
$186k - $219k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve smart contracts for custom stablecoin supply management.
- Build and scale backend services for onboarding and issuance.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver features quarterly.
- Drive architectural decisions balancing security and scalability.
- Write high-quality, well-tested code to enhance operational excellence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with production backend services.
- Experience in writing and deploying smart contracts in production environments.
- Comfort with end-to-end service ownership and service-oriented architecture.
- Knowledge of security and correctness tradeoffs in on-chain systems.
- Familiarity with Golang and on-chain fundamentals, with DeFi or stablecoin experience preferred.
