Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, deploy, and support Power Platform applications, workflows, cloud services, APIs, and integrations.
- Build integrations among Power Platform, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Azure, and external enterprise systems.
- Develop Azure integration components using Azure Functions, App Services, Service Bus, Key Vault, Microsoft Graph API, and REST APIs.
- Support Microsoft Entra ID authentication, authorization, application registrations, managed identities, and secure application communication.
- Develop or support custom components using .NET/.NET Framework, ASP.NET Web API, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Configure, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot Azure resources and application workloads.
- Participate in CI/CD, source control, testing, release management, deployment, and post-release troubleshooting.
- Perform unit, system, interoperability, regression, and user acceptance testing.
- Provide Tier II/Tier III support, incident response, root-cause analysis, and service restoration.
- Maintain technical, deployment, configuration, support, and knowledge documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
- 3–5+ years of professional experience developing business applications, cloud applications, integrations, workflow automation, or related enterprise technology solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, or comparable enterprise data sources.
- Hands-on experience developing or supporting Microsoft Azure solutions and Azure application or integration services.
- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs and integrating enterprise applications and cloud services.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, authentication, authorization, and application identity.
- Experience with .NET, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, or comparable development technologies.
- Experience with CI/CD, source control, deployment, testing, and production support.
- Experience diagnosing issues across applications, cloud services, integrations, identity, and data.
- Working knowledge of secure cloud development, monitoring, logging, and change control.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Preferred qualifications include federal civilian or DHS systems experience, regulated Microsoft cloud experience, Model-Driven Power Apps or Power Pages experience, Azure data and monitoring experience, Power Platform ALM, front-end framework experience, accessibility and cybersecurity knowledge, and relevant Microsoft certifications.
- Must be a US citizen and able to obtain a DHS clearance; current DHS clearance is preferred.
