Responsibilities
- Provide consulting on performance-testing best practices, methodologies, and tools.
- Design tailored performance-testing strategies based on client requirements.
- Develop and execute performance test scripts using LoadRunner and JMeter.
- Monitor and analyze test results to identify bottlenecks and provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with clients, development, QA, and operations teams to improve application performance.
- Provide guidance on code-level optimizations and system configurations.
- Create testing strategies, plans, scripts, reports, and knowledge-transfer documentation.
- Present findings to clients and conduct performance-testing reviews, walkthroughs, training sessions, and workshops.
- Stay current with performance-testing trends, tools, and emerging technologies.
- Act as a performance-testing subject matter expert in project meetings and discussions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- 7 to 9 years of experience in performance testing.
- Experience designing, developing, and executing performance tests for enterprise applications.
- Experience with performance-testing tools such as LoadRunner and JMeter.
- Ability to analyze test results, identify performance bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.
- Ability to work with client and cross-functional development, QA, and operations teams.
