Base Salary
$125k - $135k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance a multimedia review tool that visually displays, correlates, and reports multimedia data.
- Lead a team of developers by setting goals, assigning tasks, and driving software projects to completion.
- Integrate ingestion workflows, MXU systems, and analytics across geographically separated environments with limited bandwidth.
- Perform system engineering and system administration to deploy and maintain the tool across designated development and operational environments.
- Deliver incremental builds, implement bug fixes and security enhancements, and troubleshoot complex software issues.
- Provide level-of-effort and timing estimates during planning sessions.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI access.
- 10+ years of software development experience, including in-depth knowledge of multimedia processing, analysis, and data management.
- Direct and recent experience building a petabyte-scale multimedia analysis platform.
- Experience developing and maintaining applications handling petabyte-scale data and high-throughput processing.
- Proficiency in Java and front-end technologies including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Vue.
- Experience with user interface and user experience design.
- Demonstrated technical team leadership and strong problem-solving skills.
- Relevant technical architecture or software engineering certifications are preferred.
