Responsibilities

Lead technical processes, designs, and end-to-end application architecture with focus on reliability, data integrity, maintainability, extensibility, usability, and scalability.
Collaborate with infrastructure partners to identify and deploy optimal hosting environments.
Define scalability and performance criteria, tune application performance, and address performance issues.
Ensure applications meet performance, privacy, and security requirements and verify related test plans.
Research and evaluate technologies and applications and contribute to solution design.
Manage the software development process, estimate project costs, and drive technical and business process improvements.
Partner with architects, product managers, project management, business partners, end-users, and cross-functional teams to deliver product and project outcomes.
Support technical and business presentations, mitigate risk through established controls, and mentor or coach colleagues.

Minimum 8 years of related experience.
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated expertise in software development methodologies, tools, programming languages, application architecture, scalability, performance, privacy, and security.
Ability to serve as a trusted coach or mentor and communicate openly across the organization.
