Responsibilities

Design and develop AI agents and agentic workflows for requirements engineering, specification management, software integration, and business processes.
Conceptualize and implement AI services that analyze documentation, enterprise data, and existing IT systems.
Develop production-ready AI solutions using tool calling, MCP, retrieval, and workflow orchestration.
Contribute to proof of concepts and minimum viable products while analyzing, documenting, and optimizing AI services and integrations.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and implement AI use cases.
Support the adoption of modern AI technologies within Business IT.

Completed degree or equivalent education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
At least five years of software development experience, ideally using Python or TypeScript.
Hands-on experience with large language models, generative AI, and API-based integration.
Knowledge of agentic AI systems, including tool calling, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, workflow orchestration, and multi-step processes.
Experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, OpenAI Agents SDK, CrewAI, or comparable technologies.
Proficiency with cloud platforms, container technologies such as Docker, and CI/CD processes.
Understanding of AI evaluation, quality assurance, security, and data privacy requirements for production AI solutions.
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
