Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI agents and agentic workflows for requirements engineering, specification management, software integration, and business processes.
- Conceptualize and implement AI services that analyze documentation, enterprise data, and existing IT systems.
- Develop production-ready AI solutions using tool calling, MCP, retrieval, and workflow orchestration.
- Contribute to proof of concepts and minimum viable products while analyzing, documenting, and optimizing AI services and integrations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and implement AI use cases.
- Support the adoption of modern AI technologies within Business IT.
Requirements
- Completed degree or equivalent education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least five years of software development experience, ideally using Python or TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with large language models, generative AI, and API-based integration.
- Knowledge of agentic AI systems, including tool calling, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, workflow orchestration, and multi-step processes.
- Experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, OpenAI Agents SDK, CrewAI, or comparable technologies.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms, container technologies such as Docker, and CI/CD processes.
- Understanding of AI evaluation, quality assurance, security, and data privacy requirements for production AI solutions.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
