Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement production-ready machine learning, generative AI, and LLM-based applications.
- Translate AI models into scalable production systems across the full lifecycle from exploration to deployment.
- Build and integrate AI services, APIs, and workflows into existing IT landscapes.
- Design modern AI architectures including RAG, feature pipelines, and model orchestration.
- Develop end-to-end solutions on Azure and Databricks, including data processing, model development, and deployment.
- Develop and operate data and model pipelines for training, inference, and monitoring.
- Build and deploy RAG systems and agentic AI solutions.
- Ensure the performance, scalability, and maintainability of AI solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and implement AI use cases.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Several years of experience designing and implementing AI/ML solutions, including LLMs and generative AI.
- Strong programming skills, particularly in Python.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying RAG systems and agentic AI solutions.
- Experience with Azure and Databricks.
- Ability to independently design and implement AI use cases from concept to production.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
