Responsibilities
- Rapidly transform business concepts into interactive prototypes using v0.dev, bolt.new, Lovable, and similar AI design tools.
- Build full-stack applications from prototype through production, with an emphasis on frontend quality and reliable backend foundations.
- Develop production-ready UI components using React.js, Vue.js, and Nuxt.js with accessibility, performance, and responsive-design best practices.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services using platforms such as Supabase.
- Manage application data through SQL and NoSQL databases, and implement authentication, caching, and performance optimization.
- Maintain design systems, design tokens, component libraries, and brand guidelines using Figma and related tooling.
- Collaborate with UX Designers, AI Builders, and Innovation Leads throughout the development lifecycle.
- Use GitHub Spec-kit, Open Spec, N8N, and Jira to support specifications, workflow automation, documentation, and delivery processes.
Requirements
- 6+ years of full-stack development experience with strong frontend expertise in React.js, Vue.js, or Nuxt.js.
- Proven experience with PHP and Python, with desired experience in NodeJS and Express.
- Hands-on experience with AI design tools such as v0.dev, bolt.new, Lovable, or similar platforms.
- Experience with specification-driven development tools such as GitHub Spec-kit and Open Spec, and workflow automation platforms such as N8N.
- Strong experience delivering production-grade full-stack applications and designing REST and GraphQL APIs.
- Experience with Supabase and SQL and NoSQL databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
- Proficiency with OAuth, JWT, authentication mechanisms, security best practices, caching strategies, performance optimization, and scalability patterns.
- Deep understanding of design systems, design tokens, component-driven development, and Figma component libraries.
- Experience with CSS frameworks such as TailwindCSS and modern styling approaches.
- Experience with TypeScript and modern JavaScript/ES6+ features.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, and deployment workflows.
- A portfolio showcasing full-stack applications, design-system work, and AI design-tool experience.
- Strong collaboration, creative problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
