Base Salary
$111k - $171k/yr
Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve availability and performance issues affecting Control Center users and internal stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot complex operational problems in large-scale, multi-tenant production and lab environments using automation and systems programming.
- Develop proactive monitoring, alerting, log analysis, trend identification, debugging, and internal operations tools.
- Integrate Control Center components with Engineering teams using continuous integration and continuous delivery practices.
- Contribute to platform design, architecture, operational best practices, and the product life cycle.
- Participate in incident resolution and drive restoration and repair of service-impacting issues.
- Collaborate with Software Development, QA, Product Operations, and other Engineering teams.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical & Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, IT, or Telecommunications Engineering.
- At least one year of experience in the job offered or a closely related engineering role.
- At least one year of experience with automation scripts, setup codes and bug fixes, DevOps performance optimization, database task monitoring for large-scale production deployments, and troubleshooting in various environments.
- Experience with Ansible, Bash, PowerShell, and Linux.
