Responsibilities

  • Design, build, deploy, and monitor new and existing services.
  • Improve change management, release processes, and operational workflows through automation.
  • Perform proactive monitoring, alerting, anomaly detection, and production incident mitigation.
  • Use scripts, automation, and infrastructure scaling to resolve production issues.
  • Raise third-party support tickets with providers such as Microsoft, CloudAMQP, and New Relic.
  • Create and improve runbooks and conduct root-cause analysis to prevent recurring incidents.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and operations teams to build scalable, secure, and resilient systems.
  • Apply Support Engineering and SRE practices, including SLOs and error budgets.
  • Contribute to capacity planning and access management processes.

Requirements

  • University degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or a related computing field.
  • Solid fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and problem solving.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps and ArgoCD.
  • Experience with SRE and Support Engineering methodology or culture.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Azure, RabbitMQ, AWS, Java, and Python.
  • Experience with New Relic, DataDog, and Grafana or similar monitoring tools.
  • Advanced written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Experience working on Agile projects.
  • Ability to solve problems creatively, improve processes, communicate clearly, and take initiatives from the early stages through solution delivery.
