Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and maintain custom software components across systems and applications.
- Integrate AI-driven agents into existing workflows and systems.
- Design scalable and maintainable software architectures and optimize application performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver software solutions.
- Debug and test software, document development processes, and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Participate in team discussions, work independently as a subject matter expert, and guide junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- Proficiency in AI Agents & Workflow Integration and experience integrating AI-driven agents into workflows and systems.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle practices and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance optimization techniques.
- Effective problem-solving skills and adaptability to new technologies.
