Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain secure enterprise authentication, federation, and authorization solutions using PingFederate and PingAccess.
- Build, optimize, and maintain custom Ping adapters, plugins, and integrations using Java and the Ping SDK.
- Implement identity standards and protocols including SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, FIDO2, and SSO.
- Integrate IAM configurations and deployment workflows into Azure DevOps continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
- Perform root-cause analysis, advanced troubleshooting, and resolution of complex identity and federation issues.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and development teams to promote secure identity practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on Identity and Access Management experience.
- Deep hands-on experience with PingFederate and PingAccess.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IAM concepts, standards, and protocols including OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, FIDO2, and SSO.
- Solid Java development experience building custom Ping adapters, plugins, and integrations with the Ping SDK.
- Practical experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
- Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise authentication, SSO, and federation solutions in complex environments.
- Groovy scripting experience is preferred.
- Exposure to broader Ping products and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) is preferred.
