Responsibilities
- Develop custom software solutions and enhance components across systems and applications.
- Build agentic AI applications with tools, skills, prompts, planners, memory, and evaluation loops.
- Implement RAG services covering ingestion, chunking, embeddings, indexing, vector databases, observability, and guardrails.
- Integrate enterprise APIs, event streams, and data sources with robust error handling, retries, and fallbacks.
- Write clean, testable code and implement unit tests, integration tests, offline and online evaluations, red-team scenarios, and safety boundaries.
- Prototype rapidly, demonstrate solutions, and communicate trade-offs and results with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of Java full-stack development experience.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong computer science and software engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and AI APIs.
- Proven ability to build end-to-end applications and integrate AI into systems.
- Visible portfolio of AI projects demonstrating experimentation and speed.
- Ability to learn quickly, prototype rapidly, and translate business problems into practical AI solutions.
- Clear communication skills and ability to explain trade-offs and results.
