Base Salary
$63k - $114k/yr
Responsibilities
- Implement software components using design documentation and functional programming specifications.
- Document, unit-test, and prepare implemented components for integration.
- Architect solutions, test code, deploy applications, and build CI/CD pipelines.
- Provide work estimates and guide features, functional objectives, or technologies for interested parties.
- Develop scalable and robust software while contributing to cloud-based managed services and automation.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience working as a software engineer on complex software projects.
- Advanced coding, debugging, and problem-solving skills with a strong focus on .NET.
- Strong software development experience, including Java or Python.
- Experience with software development methodologies and scalable, robust software.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, data mapping, XML/JSON, and REST-based web services.
- Knowledge of architecture design, microservices architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, and messaging queues.
- Deep understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Certification in Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform is preferred; Kyndryl may support obtaining certifications.
- Experience with DevOps tools and modern engineering practices is preferred.
