Responsibilities
- Fine-tune large language models using instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation.
- Analyze model outputs, evaluate performance metrics, and improve model effectiveness through training and performance-tuning iterations.
- Work with large datasets and implement data preprocessing techniques.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Act as a subject matter expert, provide solutions across teams, and make team decisions.
- Mentor junior team members and incorporate stakeholder feedback to refine model performance.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of overall experience is required.
- At least 7.5 years of experience in large language models is stated in the additional information.
- Proficiency in large language models is required.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing techniques is required.
- Experience with model evaluation metrics and performance tuning is required.
- Familiarity with Python and TensorFlow or PyTorch is required.
