Responsibilities
- Fine-tune and adapt large language models using instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation.
- Lead strategies to optimize model fine-tuning processes and improve model relevance and performance.
- Analyze and preprocess large datasets to support model training.
- Evaluate model outputs using performance metrics and validation methods.
- Troubleshoot and optimize model behavior across application scenarios.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and coordinate model enhancements across project workflows.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, support team decisions, and facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience working with Large Language Models.
- Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with model fine-tuning techniques, including instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing concepts and transformer-based architectures.
- Ability to analyze and preprocess large datasets for model training.
- Familiarity with evaluation metrics and validation methods.
- Capability to troubleshoot and optimize model behavior.
- 15 years of full-time education.
