Base Salary
$100k - $120k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software applications and systems across various platforms.
- Collaborate with product management, QA, and engineering teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Participate in requirements gathering, architectural design, implementation, testing, and deployment throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and performance issues.
- Improve software development processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends and recommend innovative solutions.
- Document software designs, specifications, and technical requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 3 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience developing software on Linux or Windows.
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design principles.
- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
- Experience with Java or Python and Google Cloud or AWS.
- Knowledge of networking protocols, distributed systems, or cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.
- Experience with Scrum or Kanban is a plus.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
