Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, business rules, automations, and user experiences.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions with measurable impact.
- Develop and maintain REST APIs and enterprise integrations, including building and consuming APIs.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, release readiness, and post-release stability activities.
- Troubleshoot platform and integration issues, identify root causes, and implement durable fixes.
- Recommend enhancements to improve performance, reliability, and user experience.
- Help establish reusable engineering patterns, standards, and modernization practices across the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with architects, security, product, engineering, and business teams to deliver scalable and supportable solutions.
Requirements
- Experience developing on ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms.
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, web technologies, and workflow automation.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and identify root causes.
- Analytical problem-solving skills, clear communication, collaboration, customer focus, and dependable execution.
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, or Certified Implementation Specialist are additional qualifications.
- Experience with ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, IRM, SPM, custom applications, Agile delivery, CI/CD pipelines, large enterprise environments, enterprise architecture patterns, cloud concepts, or engineering leadership is preferred.
