Base Salary
$112k - $179k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Design and implement scalable automated test frameworks and harnesses.
- Collaborate with developers to identify testing needs and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Azure DevOps.
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and document defects with clear actionable detail.
- Support manual testing and contribute to QA best practices.
- Contribute to requirements reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience or a master’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience; four additional years of experience may substitute for the degree requirement.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- Extensive experience with automated software testing and maintaining automated testing scripts.
- Experience with automated testing tools such as Robot Framework, Selenium, JMeter, SoapUI, or JUnit.
- Experience documenting test plans and procedures.
- Experience in an Agile software development environment using Python.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred qualifications include software development experience in AWS or a similar virtual environment, experience ensuring test coverage and quality gates with developers, and experience with Jenkins and GitLab.
