Base Salary
$240k - $450k/yr
Responsibilities
- Hire, develop, retain, and directly manage Technical Deployment Leads supporting Financial Services engagements.
- Own engagement portfolio health, delivery quality reviews, staffing decisions, customer outcomes, and executive sponsor relationships.
- Lead steering committees, engagement reviews, escalations, and the team’s operating rhythm.
- Personally lead the most complex engagements from delivery planning through production deployment.
- Set standards for SOW quality, MVP scoping, value measurement, and defensible customer impact stories.
- Create reusable solution patterns, evaluation frameworks, and technical playbooks to scale the practice.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing on qualification, scope, SOWs, go-to-market materials, reference cases, and positioning.
- Surface delivery lessons and Financial Services use cases to Product, Research, and company leadership.
- Travel to customer sites 25–50% of the time.
Requirements
- 8+ years leading enterprise AI/ML delivery and at least 3 years directly managing people responsible for delivery outcomes.
- Experience building and leading technical delivery teams in enterprise environments, ideally embedded or forward-deployed teams.
- Experience delivering AI, ML, or LLM-based agentic solutions into production.
- Deep Financial Services experience, including work with banks, insurers, or asset managers and familiarity with model risk, security, and compliance reviews.
- Ability to navigate architecture discussions, evaluate technical trade-offs, and assess whether agent designs are realistic.
- Experience with value-based scoping, TCO/ROI quantification, and post-deployment impact measurement.
- Experience building a team, practice, or function from an early stage and operating effectively amid ambiguity.
- Executive presence and the ability to communicate clearly with senior business, risk, engineering, and customer stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience in a relevant field or demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience.
