Responsibilities
- Define and drive enterprise architecture strategy and roadmap.
- Design scalable, resilient, high-performance systems and full-stack applications.
- Lead AI/ML, agentic AI, RAG, and data-system platform architecture.
- Define enterprise integration patterns and collaborate with stakeholders on solution architecture.
- Drive CI/CD, DevOps, automation, scalability, sizing, and performance optimization strategies.
- Establish architecture standards, governance, security, observability, monitoring, and logging practices.
- Mentor engineering teams and review technical designs.
Requirements
- 10 to 12 years of experience, including a minimum of 8 years in an Infrastructure Architect role.
- At least 6 years of software development experience and 5 years in an architect or senior technical leadership role.
- Strong expertise in Python, backend systems, distributed architecture, and system design.
- Full-stack development experience with React or a similar technology.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML, agentic AI systems, RAG, LLMs, and vector databases.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, GitHub, JIRA, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of microservices, event-driven architecture, API design, integration patterns, load balancing, containerization, Kubernetes, observability, security, compliance, and enterprise governance.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with ITSM or automation platforms, AI governance and guardrails, multi-agent orchestration frameworks, and cloud or AI workload cost optimization.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, strategic decision-making, communication, stakeholder management, ownership, and accountability skills.
