Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Dynamics 365 CE applications for Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service.
- Create and maintain plugins, custom workflow activities, JavaScript/TypeScript customizations, and Web APIs.
- Configure Dataverse entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and security roles.
- Build Model-Driven and Canvas Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power Pages solutions.
- Design and implement integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and REST APIs.
- Support CI/CD deployments using Azure DevOps and Git repositories.
- Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production support.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to technical design documentation and solution design discussions.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience developing with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
- Experience with C#, .NET Framework or .NET Core, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience with Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, REST APIs, and Web APIs.
- Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure DevOps, Git, SQL Server, and FetchXML.
- Experience delivering enterprise CRM implementations and support engagements.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Preferred certifications include PL-400: Power Platform Developer Associate, AZ-204: Azure Developer Associate, and PL-900: Power Platform Fundamentals.
