- Define test scenarios from relevant technical specifications.
- Develop test suites and reusable libraries for Java Card and Global Platform compliance.
- Design, develop, and automate software tests.
- Perform failure analysis, reporting, and issue resolution with stakeholders.
- Create test specifications from standard specifications and collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering teams on ID and payment applications.
- Build technical knowledge and share it with team members.
Requirements
- 5 to 9 years of experience in object-oriented programming using C#.NET, C++, or Java.
- Experience with software testing methodologies, black-box testing, test automation, and formal test design techniques.
- Experience designing test specifications from standards and implementing standard test specifications.
- Experience with GP2.2 and GP2.3 test specifications and test implementation.
- Knowledge of ISO 7816-3, including T=0 and T=CL, ISO 14443, Global Platform, and Java Card standards.
- Knowledge of cryptography, authentication, and secure messaging schemes.
- Experience reporting and resolving issues by interacting with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of EMV, ICAO specifications, and smart card applications such as payment, e-passport, and e-driving license applications is an advantage.
- Exposure to Agile Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, learning, and technical specification comprehension skills.
