Responsibilities
- Lead workshops to identify high-value procurement workflows for native or custom Coupa Agents.
- Define where and how agents should be deployed, including autonomous and human-in-the-loop processes.
- Design future-state operating models and metrics aligned with board-level objectives.
- Assess customer AI readiness across culture, data, and process dimensions.
- Identify policy and workforce blockers and partner with leadership to mitigate them.
- Advise on organizational change, AI Centers of Excellence, and workforce retraining.
- Guide policy and governance changes supporting autonomous agent actions.
- Set the strategic vision for technical architects and bridge customer transformation goals with the Coupa Product Roadmap.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of the GenAI and agentic AI landscape, including LLMs, RAG, and autonomous agents.
- Professional fluency in Source-to-Pay processes and procurement or finance workflows.
- Ability to secure C-suite buy-in and translate AI strategy into operational workflows with functional leaders.
- At least 10 years of experience leading large-scale, cross-functional, enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
- Previous Coupa platform experience is a plus.
- Experience in Tier-1 management consulting or leading major digital transformation projects is preferred.
