Responsibilities
- Identify and scope impactful opportunities to transform Customer Operations with Machine Learning.
- Lead the design and development of advanced Machine Learning models.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor others in the Machine Learning discipline.
- Steer ongoing technical strategy in collaboration with MLOps and backend engineers.
Requirements
- Multiple years of experience leading the development and deployment of advanced Machine Learning models.
- Experience with deep learning, graph-based, and/or sequence-based ML architectures.
- Proficiency in production Python code and strong command of SQL.
- Ability to work in ambiguous environments and help resolve issues.
- A product mindset focused on customer outcomes and data-informed decisions.
