Responsibilities
- Lead the technical implementation and evolution of CACI’s AI Decisioning and MLOps capability.
- Design scalable architectures, standards, frameworks, governance processes, and reusable assets for production AI.
- Create deployment frameworks for propensity, churn, customer lifetime value, forecasting, optimisation, geospatial, and Next Best Action models.
- Implement model monitoring, drift detection, retraining, and lifecycle management processes.
- Integrate AI outputs and decision engines into CRM, customer data, marketing, contact centre, web, and business operating systems.
- Deliver production AI solutions across client engagements and connect analytical outputs to measurable business value.
- Work across consulting, data science, and engineering teams and engage senior stakeholders on technical and business outcomes.
- Build and scale a strategic AI decisioning capability across CACI’s client base.
Requirements
- Production-grade Python experience and considerable AWS experience.
- Experience with SageMaker Unified Studio, MLflow, inference endpoints, model monitoring, drift detection, and ML CI/CD.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes or EKS, feature stores, and infrastructure-as-code using Terraform or CloudFormation/SAM.
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks and awareness of data privacy, GDPR, and consent management.
- Experience deploying and operationalising generative AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, and real-time inference architectures in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of AI, machine learning operations, decisioning ecosystems, data engineering, cloud platforms, and modern data architectures.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary analytics, technology, and consulting teams and delivering commercial value through data and AI.
- Experience engaging senior stakeholders and translating technical concepts into business outcomes.
- Desirable experience with Databricks, Snowflake, SageMaker, Pega, customer decisioning platforms, and relevant client sectors.
