Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver Agentic AI solutions on Cognigy.
- Design multi-agent systems using Cognigy's orchestration and integration capabilities.
- Build scalable Conversational and Generative AI use cases across various channels.
- Lead customers through the agent development lifecycle from discovery to optimization.
- Translate technical capabilities into outcome-driven transformation narratives for executives.
- Support enterprise sales cycles with customized demos and technical validation.
Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in enterprise SaaS, AI platforms, or digital transformation.
- Deep experience with Conversational AI and workflow automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of enterprise integrations like CRM and APIs.
- Proven experience engaging C-level stakeholders in AI discussions.
- Experience in regulated environments such as finance or healthcare is preferred.
- Knowledge of LLM architectures and agent orchestration.
